Default eg offsets

i thought id found some wheels!!!
turned out the offset is way off!



nice 16"s they are ..... pity!

anyway what offsets suit an eg and whats the most id get away with?

I don't know mang. I thought the other four lug offsets were ancient history. :dunno:

mine are 38mm, but maxboost pretty much nailed it. ^

Actually with a 7" wide wheel you would need a 42-44mm offset wheel to be safe. My 15x7" Kosei K1s with 45mm offset was too high. The inner lip actually rubbed the rear upper control arms.

I had 15x7" Kosei TS with 38mm offset and it rubbed the outer fender lip. Right now I have 16x7" Rota C8s and they just miss the rear fender lip.

I got oz wheels with 37 offset i have 195 45 16s on them and they are jus barely hitting the lip of the arch sometimes.. maybe i get the back arches rolled a bit... any ideas or suggestions???
