Default could this be causing my idling issue

some of you know about my idling issue, u know rpm jumping up and down below 500rpm and sometimes stalling the car.

A friend suggested that i change the transmission fluid. im on AT. would that fix the problem cuz i just broke 70k miles and i dont know when the last time the old owner changed it.

any other suggestions?

its either your timing or your IACV, also if you have an aftermarket cam it will do that also.
