Yeah, youre doing it wrong.

Try doing it w/ the window down and put the front corner in first. Thats about the only "trick" there is to it.
(Pop your mirror/tweeter bezel off first)

How is that possible??? 2" where?

The panel has a lip at the top. Insert the top front corner first and then work the rest of the top into the groove. Then just pop in the clips.

If you can't figure out a door panel,maybe you shouldn't be doing work on your car yourself.

Step one: line up clips.
Step two: pop in clips.


Is it really that hard?

Sounds like you got it off, so you should be able to put it back on. Just roll down the window, that should help a lot. Don't force it though.

one of the earlier posts was correct. roll the window all the way down, then you put the front corner in first. I wish i could post video on this cause if you tilt the panel the right way it goes in so easy.
