Default ECU code 11

Here is my problem,my friend has a stock 94 ex coupe
and the check engine light came on,the code its giving
me is 11.i hope i am reading the codes correctly the light
flased once then there was a pause then another flash then
it repeats itself ,please help and also i checked the service manual
and there is no code 11,but i know what i saw.there were only two flashes.

It's not a question of how many flashes as much as it is the length of the flashes. Long flashes denote a 10 digit, while short flashes denote a 1 digit.

It might be a code 2. It might be a code 20. Check the online resources sticky in this section for more information on checking and defining CELs.

thank you westcoaststyle,the flashes were of the same length and there was
only two.
