the civic map lights are almost the same as the teg ones pictured above, except the civiv lights only have one button to turn both sides of the light on... the teg map lights, on the other hand, have two buttons to turn either side on.... thats why I went with the teg....

I guess nobody thinks a multi-million candlepower dome light is funny?
I know it blows fuses, but it's a hell of a lot more useful and cheaper than JDM parts. If you don't permanently mount it, it comes in very handy for defending yourself from the a-hole in the SUV behind you tailgating with his high-beams on when you're already going 10mph over the speed limit, and he has room to pass. Not that I'd know or anything.
Edit: Another use... Heat lamp. Civic owners are no stranger to crappy heaters that don't get warm until you reach your destination in the cold of winter. This thing can cook your breakfast by the time you get there. Take THAT, JDM!

h:do something like that around here, and you'd probably be followed or worse....
as for price of this part, it cost me $10 for my maplights.....
