ok, who know where i can obtain some info on a D15B VTEC? like....

octane rating
oil recommendations
timing degrees
etc...

The engine is a JDM D15B VTEC out of a Civic VTi in Asia, mainly out of maylasia just because they really didnt carry DOHC due to government regulations. So this was Hondas answer.

PS its not VTEC-E, just the regular VTEC (130hp about 95 to the wheels)

 

Treat it like you would a D16Z6.

-87 Octane
-10W30 summer, 5W30 winter
-stock Z6 timing
-etc...

130 flywheel will actually crunch out around 110 to the wheels if everything is in good tune.
