Help with Primary o2 sensor

CEL throwing codes for the primary o2 sensor.

I really need help fixing this.

What can/should I do?

what is the code? Heater or actual sensor?
code 1 or 41

61 = Oxygen Sensor, Heated - Sensor 1 (Primary) high voltage, low voltage, or slow response

check the plug terminals w/ a multimeter - .1v or less
(white wire)
