ive found on a site a set of 4 16" black rota slipstreams with 205/45/16 Kumho 712 tires for 739.00 + shipping. is that a good deal? also, i just want to make sure, would 16x7.0 fit my car? i know the 16 is the rim size, but i dont know what the 7.0 means. will those fit my 2000 honda civic ex?

i kno that u cam get Slip Steams for like $95 each. so thats around 400 + tires shouldnt be around 740

The 7.0 in 16x7.0 is the width of the wheel (7 inch wide wheel).
