Default Best turbo for 300$?

What is my best bet for a turbo for a D16Z6 that is around 300.00? I have looked at all different kinds, some are water cooled and some are oil cooled, and some are water and oil cooled, and they all have different types of bearings. I have looked at Garrett and DSM, and I dont really like DSM's because most of them are smaller than what I want, I have been browsing on ebaymotors, and have found many from 150-300-and thats the buy now price, many say no shaft play, and some say very little shaft play, I dont want one with any shaft play... I have seen some of them say that the impeller is ceramic... I am not sure what to buy.

I know one thing is for sure, I want to buy a turbo that is about 300$ and is not rare, I want to be able to fix it if somthing goes wrong with it, I have seen the T3's on there and they dont look bad, they also have rebuild kits for the T3 turbo at the local hypo shop for only 100$, so I was leaning towards a T3 ( If somone could inform me on what way to go that would be great, because I dont even know what a T3 is or if it will be right for my D16).

you should get a t3/t4 hybrid search for turbonetics on google to find the site

that is the most common one... i would suggest ceramic turbines because they are lighter and dont take much power to spool

ok, ill look it up, I know the good things about a ceramic turbine, but I wanted to know what the draw backs are to having ceramic compared to a normal turbo?

sweet sounds like money well spent.... I still want to know if I should get an ebay turbo manifold, (tubular) for $200 or save up more and get a cast iron manifold?

How much do the cast manifolds usualy cost for a T3? Also what do I have to buy besides the Manifold, Turbo, fluid lines, and intake pipes for the Turbo? Is there anything else I am not thinking of?

Do not buy the SSAutoChrome tubular manifold for $200, you will regret it.

Check out www.lovefab.com . Awesome manifolds. Also, I believe BMCrace.com makes nice manifolds. Your cheapest option would to get a Civic STD manifold, also known as HX, and a couple other things, and run an adaptor plate.
