they do have a working s2000 powered elise now, but hoenstlly wahts the point you could jsut put the rsx type s engine in there and make almost the same power
well WCS. the CRX i was talking about has an American engine in the rear. with some really big slicks. and in the front it has the stock d series motor. to power the front wheels.
ive seen a video of a CRX with an american engine, blower, and HUGEE slicks... but not front mounted d series...

Power to the front wheels vs. power to the rears is a huge difference.
no but the trannsmission is in the same configuration power the wheels right under it allowing to be alout easier of a swap considering how u can can acctaully connect it to the wheels

well if they are using a rsx tranny then it is possiable but i still dont see much point in doing this at all. all washington locals keep and eye out for a bright red eg thats sporting no hood and a sr20det soon to hit the streets!!!!!!
It's a tropy car. People probably said it couldn't be done... they did it. Bragging rights I guess. And all the n00bs at NOPI are like 'ooooooo.... dude that's an NSX motor..." :chuckles:
But isn't that how alot of domestic V8 owners consider 4 banger guys? Not saying I'm a V8 fan...but...ya know...the money spent on a 4 banger...in some instances would make alot more sense to dump into a car that's twice as fast stock... ::flame suit on::

If you look at it in the long run, fast cars are fuggin' expensive no matter what you start with. Pushrod V8's have to spend money to fix the inefficiency of pushrods, we have to spend money to overcome our low displacement, and in the end everyone has to buy slicks to put the power to the ground.
