Default Cheap Turbo/supercharger?

I wanted to know where I can get a (inexpencive) turbocharger or supercharger? I want to go turbo and want to build it myself, I am going to buy the turbo, manifold, and all the other things I cant make, and I have an intercooler off of a mitsubitchey 3000gt twin turbo, and I can make all of the pipes. I just need a (good) inexpencive turbo... I am looking at spending no more than 250 for the turbo. Is that possible? This is for a D16Z6.

thats what I ment, just the turbo, I cant spend over 250 for just the turbo.

I was looking on ebay and a few other places for a turbocharger, and for 300 it seems like that is the all around price for what I want, I wanted to know what is my best bet for a turbocharger that is about $300?

Also, what do you do if you buy a turbo that does not match up to the bolt pattern on the manifold?

you should buy a turbo that is the same brand name as the manifold or vise versa
