My d15b7 in my 93 DX hit 120mph no problem with minors mods..such as an intake..and damn thats it..dont believe me..dont really care 
..But now I have a 99 EX with a D16Y8..some reason I cant hit 120 as quik. Im thinking its cause the car is totaly stock..still has the huge factory air box.
