i dunno how much hp the 04 civic has but i'd venture to guess its less than 150hp.
the b16a has 160hp, b16b has 185. there is no b16c. however, there is a b18c, and there are two variations. b18c1 has 170hp and the b18c5 has 195.
basically, your 04 sedan is a turd. just like all the other civics in the US with single-cam motors. sorry.

You left out the accord V6 and the TL
as far as swapping into your 94 civic... (remaining N/A and stock of course)
1. B18C (JDM ITR)
2. B16B (JDM CTR) tie IMO
2. B18C5 (USDM ITR) tie IMO
3. H22a
4. B18C1
5. B16a
I have a B18C5 is my 92 hatch, and I have walked away from more than one H22 swapped civic. Off the line they had me but I was almost even by the end of second, I had both of them by a car and a half by the end of third. (~100mph and at the 1/4 mile mark)
BTW I am untuned, they were both dyno tuned. (hondata)
K-series swaps are not ironed out yet, they are $$$$$$$ and not simple. So I did not include them.
