Default 03 civic headlight dont come on

my headlight dont come, but the bright lights still work. i checked the fuses what could be the problem.

The low beam portion of the bulb is burnt

Yea my sister bought those and put them in. She gave me the civic after she upgraded to an accord v6 6 speed

Then 95% chance that the lowbeam portion of the bulb is burn out.

yeah, hyperwhite bulbs suck. They typically don't have a long life span....

might want to find your factory bulbs and put them back in, just so you won't have to deal with this problem....
