I had a paint just like that on my old 4 wheeler....i really liked it....with no light on it it almost looks black....but when any light hits it it sparkles!

Maybe he is gay and proud of it? If the car was white and had different tails, it would look so much beter, but I would guess you payed way to much for that paint job to go and paint the car a different color....
