I found another used set of Ground Controls on Ebay that seems less sketchy. They are up tp $10 and go off in a couple of days.
Here is the description: You are bidding on a set of used Ground Control Eibach Coilovers. They were taken off a 2000 Honda Civic HB. Im pretty sure they will fit all civics. They are in great condition, just a little dusty but clean. Was only used for less than 15K miles. Please email me with any questions and please take a look at my other auctions. thanks.

Tell me what you think about these.

well, odds are they're the "standard" GC spring rate for civics, which is somewhere in the 375f/250r area. As long as its in that ballpark, they should be fine. If he got custom rates, the rears will probably be stiffer, which is no biggie. As long as they're under 450 or so (f&r), you should be ok.

no. the springs are all universal. the shock-specific part is the little ring that the sleeve rests on. If they're not designed for your shocks, GC will sell you the little ring that makes it work. Its just a little peice, I doubt it'd cost more than $35 for all four of them.
