Default Type R Suspension EG Swap Question

Hey wuts up guys, I have a 93 Civic Hatch CX and i have some piece of junk matrix coilovers. I orginally bought these just to lower the car and now that my motor puts out 300hp's i cant handle the suspension anymore. It is to stiff, and doesnt make the car handle any better plus when you hit bumps its not forgiving and it just launchs the car in the air.(Not to safe) I have been looking into tein and progress and other companys like that but i was wondering if it is possible to put Civic Type R or Integra Type R suspension or at least shock setup. I figure these shocks would give me and nicer ride but still perform well before i fully commit to a better more expensive coilover. I was just wonder if this is possible to do, if so what things do i need to complete this. Also is it even worth it. Thanks alot Sean

ITR shocks would be possible, but an aftermarket coilover or spring/strut combo wold suit your needs more.

If you could find someone who has a connection that can get them OEM JDM Honda parts you could probably order the shocks, springs, and sway bars from the dealer in Japan. Expensive though I bet.

you'd have to get itr rear LCAs (or '88 crx hf rear LCA's) in order to use the type r rear shocks. The lower strut-to-LCA mounting is totally different. But the damping would be pretty good.
