actually, I'm looking into a new set of rims that will bring out the chrome around black (ie, black w/ polished lip). The window trim and grille will all work with it

you should see that hood in person... It was sitting outside behind a shed for 2 years, and it looked like it. Hell, the damn thing had overspray from when my friends step-dad painted that shed. I had to claybar it h:

I'm much happier with this hood. I'd fully recomend it to anyone

yeah, I couldn't be any more happy with it.

Its nice, because with my color, the hood reflects the sky just right at certain angles, and it looks like the hood is normal :grinpimp: I need to get some better pics of it. The car is dirty in those pics h:

I'm not! I would get that hood to be different. But I'd seal the vents :loco:

But really, it wouldn't flow on your car, your car is coming along

As of right now, I'd suggest painting the mirrors. I know you guys don't like painting the lips and moldings, but that's what I would have suggested also.

Looks good dude. Wonder why you didn't opt for an Si style grill though, I think that'd help out quite a bit.

the only grill like the si that would fit correctly on my car is an actual CTR grill from 96-98. There was no si grill for those years

sure, there's the ctr 'syle', but those don't attach correctly on the bottom. And then someone comes along and lifts it up and pops the hood cable thing and opens my hood and undoes my battery and then breaks into my car....

yeah, I know the sequence very well....

My friend fit his 99-00 Si Grill on his 96-98 with hardly any problem:

Looks pretty good for the most part, you should just try it :goodjob:.
