electromagnetic suspension  very snappy idea!

Pugeot is also doing developmental work on a motor with electromagnetic valvetrain... sounds like a technology we may be seeing more of in the future

BOSE? With their later quality, or lack thereof, they do deserve the acronym that many have given them:

Better
Off
with
Something
Else

Bose has gone to sh*t

How much would such a thing cost? I wonder if it is affordable since it involves some fancy new technology.

I'm all about the latest and greatest so I think this is pretty cool. The thing I wonder is how connected you feel to the road. Sure you can feel more control and confidence - but is there a connection between the driver and the road or is it isolation that gives you a sense of security? Somehow it seems like it could be kind of bland. I have no experience to base it on, but it's just a thought. Good article!

I think its pretty similar to that automatic leveling suspension system they have on some of the new upper-level mercedes... they seem to be pretty effective in those cars. I don't think it would ever work for a real sports car, but for a luxo-sport, seems like its pretty effective. :dunno:
