God, I did those things over a year ago....

well, it took me a little longer than normal, but I did mine a little different...

I had a set of projectors, which had a completely clear outer lens (opposed to the normal 96-98 lens, with all the ribbing). So I took apart both my OEM lights and the projectors, cleared and painted the OEM housings, and slapped the projector outer lens on top....

they leak like a motherfawker h:

it took about 4 hours all said and done... with a couple of smoke breaks :bandito:

btw, if anyone sees a set of CTR headlamps under $400, let me know

so.......did u need a blowdryer at all? and how did u seal em back up (clamps,tape, etc.)

used the oven.

cleaned off the glue. Then used silicon glue or some shit. but it didn't work too well... I think the housings a tad big for the outter lens....
