Tires for my Civic
Hey i got a flat earlier this week on my 00 Civic EX, i have the Si rims on it and still do, so i went to Americas Tires and got 4 brand new 15 inch Kumos Performance tires with like 320A thread or something for like $350 for all 4.....
My car has about a 1.8-2 inches drop using coilovers, but with these new tires it seems like my car is higher than the 4 shitty tires before. They're both 15 inches with the si rims, but it seems higher, or am I just being paronoid? Cuz with the shitty tires i had about a 1 finger separation, and now its still a 1 finger separation. For some reason, it just seems higher, what do u guys think?

haha i said i had the si rims on and before which means I've always had the 15 inch sizes...if these new tires have stiffer walls, does this mean the height of the car is still the same or should i lower it more? thing is im running on the tokico blue shocks and the suspension place told me not to make more of a 1.8-2 inch drop on those, so with these new tires if it seems higher, does it mean its not a 1,8 drop anymore? What should I do?

what we all mean by tire size is the numbers on the tires itself...not rim size...like the stock si tires would be 195/55/15. the first number being the width of the tire in, second the sidewall height, and the third being what size rim it goes on...

hmmm, speaking of which....
my 03 has 185/65/15s on it right now.
without any suspension work, anyone think 205/60/15s will be a problem when i wear these ones out? it looks like i'll have more than enough clearance.
shop will tell me for sure if i can cram the 205s onto those stock rims.
