I'm swapping a 94 B16A on my 96 civic hatch. when we got the jdm motor we found out the tranny was cracked so the guy managed to get me an "integra type R" tranny. is there anyway i can find out if it really is a a type r transmission? It says J4D LSD on it. could this be a GSR or type R. also if anybody knows about this combination please let me know

 

Some B16's had optional LSD's as well, but J4D should be a ITR LSD.
