Revving the engine
Hey. I was just wondering why my civic's engine starts revving when i pump the brake? It doesnt rev far, only a few hundred rpm.

The booster is connected to your intake manifold via a vacuum hose. The vacuum is changed when you press the brake pedal because of this, hence the chagne in RPMs.
