i know this is and old thread but i need some more opinions on what to do about my car. should i sell it as is to make a quick buck or would i be better off parting it out?

Sell it complete. Bum-fvck-ville states like that are hard to sell import parts in (in the case of parting out the car, unless you want to ship everything.)
