Default man this sucks

Well I sold my turbo and engine out of my hatch for 1500 bucks, plus I got a d15b8 out of the deal. Just using that engine to sell my car. I really don't want to let her go, but I want a new car, and the wife absolutely hates my car (and you know how women can make things happen). I'm probably gonna get the new Si, but we will see. I will keep you updated.

If you need an extra D15B8 head, intake manifold, throttle body, exhaust manifold, o2 sensor, valve cover, or intake, I've got it all in my garage. Even have the old dirty spark plug wires. The head needs a set of valve seals. A valve job would be a good idea, but none of them are bent or burnt. Just trying to help out.

New si... sheesh... :dunno:

I don't know the point of selling an older hatch for the newer hatch, but women :dunno:

it could be worse, at least shes not making you get a mini-van or an SUV. like jafro said, go for an srt4. if not, maybe a V6 accord. id imagine she could deal with either or. srt4-> 4 door accord-> nice luxuries and has some balls too

I showed her some cars last night and told her what I really wanted, nopefully my hatch will be gone this week. Then it's off to the Subie dealership to get a loan on a used WRX woo woo AWD turbo for that ass. I told her it was the most practical vehicle four door for the car seat, AWD for snow in Colorado, and I can still have tons of fun in it. Luckily she thought the car was cute, so if I can get one at the right price then it's mine.

Nice. I'm glad to hear it. The WRX is a really fun ride. They're a lot harder to work on than a Mitsubishi, though. Sounds like you're ready for a challenge!

Well the thing is is that the Evo isn't going to be found used. I like the GSX but it's not a four door and the wife really doesn't like the Eclipse too much. The WRX wins AWD turbo by default for me basically. Plus you can get used WRX's for under 20k all day long.

Sucks that you're giving up your car, but a WRX is not a bad consolation prize, so good luck with that.

look into the subi RS

runs a little quicker than the wrx, since it has a near-total weight reduction done from the factory
