You could do it but I don't think it would look good. Plus you don't want the extra weight on the car. Kind of pointless.

but what is the point???
if i understand the point then i can offer a comment.. but to randomly do it??? no way it looks like you had 16's someone jacked two of them and you could only afford 15's or something... i just think it would LOOK silly.. but if there is some reason why having bigger rims in the back would ad to performance then who cares what it looks like??? what is the advantage??

The only reason to have smaller rims in the front than in the back on a FWD car woould be to make the front wheels lighter so that more power could be put to the ground. But if you did have larger rims in the rear, you would have to make sure that the overall diameter of the front and the rear tires matched up, or else it would be pointless.
You may see some RWD cars with larger tires in the rear than in the front, but that is because 1) they can't put super large tires/rims in the front and still handle/turn well and 2) you need larger tires in the rear to help put down the power.

here i will help everyone out... there is NO advantage at all....
most of the time with a rwd car that has bigger tires in the back (in the world of drag racing) is because they are also wider... to create a larger contact patch.. there is no advantage to having a slightly larger high wise rim....
just get 15's all the way around and be done with it...

What is the new craze with 15" rims, they look grossly small and ugly in my opinion, might as well just stick with stocks.
