Default power mirror swap

I'm thinking buying power mirrors with the controller piece for my dash would be a simple swap in. I have manual mirrors now and they piss me off. I dunno why because it really isn't that hard to adjust my mirrors and I rarely do it. Just want the power mirrors. If I have the mirrors and controller from another civic and the spot in my dash to put it this should be rather simple right? Or am I completely wrong?

Well if your gonna be in the BX when you do this install I would help yeah out. But it is kind of a bitch but not all that crazy! I wired up my sedan's power windows and locks. took me like 2-3 hours total time.

i was thinking bout the power windows and locks as well, but then i would need new door panels as well and i don't have the cash for that currently. depending on if i can get some mirrors and the controller for a good price i will most likely be in the bx for this swap because i'll do it before i head back to school in a month.

three wires into each door from the switch in the dash. power and ground to the switch. that's it.
PITA to get the wires into the door, but other than that it's an easy install. I don't regret doing mine at all.

wether its an ek or an eg if you want to di it stock you wont need to replace the door panels if you just want mirrors. you will however need to replace the door wiring and depending on the eg/ek you may need interior wiring. I have walkthroughs for both cars.

96-98 EK -> http://repo.jackmoves.com/album206

I just got this car a month ago, my first honda / import so I don't know the places yet to find parts. Where should I go in the BX? I'm figuring Hunts Point but any places specifically by name? My buddy told me go to Jersey to junk yards and stuff is a lot cheaper than in NYC. But for the mirrors and wires I don't think it'll be that expensive in NYC so no need for Jersey.
