Default Compression #'s for a B16?

I'm looking at purchasing a Del Sol VTEC (115K miles) and I am going to get the compression checked. What is the normal compression for a healthy B16 engine?
Thanks,

Thats 10.2, actually... and 10.4 for the japanese one. For a USDM motor with that many miles, I'd be satisfied with anything over 185psi or so, as long as it was consistent cylinder to cylinder.

Yeah, I'd say even numbers at 180psi or better.

9.2:1, actually... there may be some other factor that makes d-series motors register higher compression, does seem odd

he's probably got some carbon build up. My manual says the best compression you should expect is 185.

Gosh, i'm getting whupped on all these compression ratios. Thanks again white n slow.
