Short Throw Shifter For 03 Civic?

Theres b&m at 180
dc Ms at 70
and nuespeed at 80 bucks...

whats the diffrence between the B&m and nuespeed?

do poly bushings exist for this car?

how hard is the install?

i see auctions for short shifters on ebay all the time for $7.00 with 10$ s/h
