Default prob. with 93 dx

i just got my wife a '93 DX a couple weeks ago and i just all the rust patched up on it, but now its starting to have this weird problem. Some times if it stalls or is just turned off after its been running it won't start up again right away. One time when I was starting it it let off of the starter a second too soon and it didn't quite start and after that it wouldn't start at all. if you wait a minute or two it always starts again. any one seen this before?

sounds like a fuel problem. What have you checked so far?

yes, i'd give you a 75% chance that its distributor cap and/or rotor. replace them.

yeah thats actually a really good point, didnt even think about it. My dad's civic had a similar problem and he replaced both the cap and rotor and it was solved. The rotor on civics seems to be a huge flaw.
