Hi all,

I have never done this before and am preparing myself for doing this sometime soon on my 96 civic with d16y8...I got one of those crankcase puller holder tool for removing the bolt...my question is how do you properly install the tensioner when you install the new timing belt? Is it true that as long as you turn the belt to get rid of any slack then the tensioner will properly tension the belt?

Also, given that everything goes smoothly, how long should the whole thing take? 3 hours minimum?
