Default Question on 96-98 civic Headlights with pic?

Are there any 96-98 Civic headlights like these that are all black that dont obstruct the illumination of the light? Im not interested in projector lights. This is what im talkign about on what I dont like....

Well, its going to be darker if you paint the little chrome housing any color besides...chrome because that is what the bulb reflects off of.

IMO the first ones look better than the second, you could always paint them yourself and save a lot of money.

The first link shows the chrome housing painted flat black whereas the second shows them glossy black and the side area is also filled in black as well.

Do you all like the glossy look more then the flat? I think it looks cleaner since it would match the reflectiveness of the paint ont he car.
