Default Front LCA bushing install help

I am in the process of installing the es master bushing set and I need some help. What technique have people used to get the bushing in the picture below out? Its one of the ones for the front lower control arm. I have a press but I cant figure out a way to press it out since the arm has a curve to it. Hope someone can help, thanks.

you have a press, eh. I don't. I just took my dremel and drilled out the rubber around the center sleeve, burned the rubber out, and just pushed the fukker out. Then I cleaned up around the edges and hacked off the outer sleeve with a hacksaw and flathead screwdriver.

The thought of absolutely destroying something just to get it out is so much fun. And, it's great motivation to put the new part in correctly... Nothing to go back to!

its fun for the first five minutes or so, but then it kinda sucks. Plus, I probably killed off about half my brain cells from inhaling rubber smoke :loco:
