99-00 Front Bumper
I have a 96 Hatch it's Brand new Fresh out the shop but I don't like the stock front bumper from the 96-98. I want to put a 99-00 bumper. I want to know if I can just get the bumper and put it on or do I need 99-00 fenders, hood, lights, grill, n bumper to do this conversion???

you need the fenders, hood, headlamps, grill, bumper, and you need to do some cutting of the rad support.
