for the Z6 and 5spd he wanted $1400, out of a junkyard, no warranty...he didn't give me mileage on the engine either...so it leads me to believe it's probably over 60k....

holy crap man that's some cash I paid 650 for engine, ecu, and wiring harness. mine only had 50k on it as well.

Holy shit... I paid $300 for my engine w/ about 80k on it, $75 for ECU, and $130 for DX tranny. I paid too much for the tranny, it grinds into 3rd and leaks a little oil, but everything works great. $1400 is ass rape with no lube, man.

yah...for real...i'm gonna call him back and see if he'll drop the price...i doubt it though, cause if he can't rip me off, he'll just find some punk ricer to do it to....oh well...we'll see...as of right now i'm lookin into the D15B....might go that route with a teenie snail for it...

:werd: They sell those swaps for like 700 online, pretty good considering it's a whole new engine with low miles on it

yah....from japandomesticmotors.com the tranny is included, so i'll prolly order from there. has anyone had any experience with them?
