Default Need Help with HMO.com

Ok, Well I'm finally ready to order a swap so I went ahead and emailed them with the swap that I'm looking for. Now its been a couple days and only reply I get back is a auto response. I tried to call the 2 numbers they have but nobody picks up. Does anyone know when a good time is to contact these people? I'm from MN so there could be that time zone difference. Or should i go looking for another site that wants my money??

I've usually been able to get ahold of them during business hours by phone. :dunno: They didn't respond to my email once, but I suspect it was because I was looking for something they didn't have.

They have a pretty good rep around here, give 'em a shot, and call them during business hours. Their time should be 2 hours earlier than MN.

keep on calling. depending on where you live, keep in mind they are on the west coast, so consider the time differance if there is any. Usually when i call, i end up calling several times before an answer. just dont give up.
