jdm b16 4-2-1 or 4-1 header

what header (4-2-1 or 4-1) would be the best for a jdm b16 in a 93 civic coupe...my budget is around 300. also what brand would you recommend

4-1 for top end power. its a torqueless wonder motor. get all the high end power u can, i loves to be rev.
