Default jdm sir fogs part 1

well i found them.. as some of you know.. the yellow SIR fogs (for a while i was not even sure if they existed.. )$350 bucks later.. i think its pretty fair.. the instructions were in japanese so instalation was fun.. this is part one because i JUST got the oem switch so they are not powered yet.. just installed.. they should be lit by tonight.. take a look let me know what you think.. [technical] anyone know how well these perform, and what kind of light output i should expect? [/technical] i snapped a few pics of them installed.. will shoot a few more once they function..

[technical] anyone know what kind of replacement bulb these get? size wise [/technical]

Damn those are sex.

If they are OEM, you should expect some good output dood, I've seen pics of the pattern with those before and it was woah.

But $350? I hope you already had HIDs, or else that would've been a better buy.

BTW, where in Jerz you @? I'm in Bergen like every weekend, and I'll be moving there in June. Plus I'll be in the Shore in June for a Sunday/Monday chill day.

the price is justified. These are super rare.

besides, he has HID's already-

Opps, I mean Hyperwhites :db:

ontopic:

why didn't you just check the bulb? Got any pictures of it out of the casing? I really hope they're not H3's....

but if the bulb is kinda smallish (maybe about the size of a quarter), and there's an inch long or so wire coming off of it, chances are its an H3

yeah, thats actually whats kept me from getting any bulb other than stock.

Every now and then, I still get flashed by oncoming traffic. But I throw my highbeams and show them whats up

jdm headlamps are so cool, but its too bad they light the other side of the road h: Eh, they still beat the light output of my projectors. Hell, these are even a bit better than my USDM housings were....
