and I agree but this guy is probably looking at like skunk2 and a set of Aerospeed by the looks of his other posts that's all I was getting at. And he obviously knows nothing of spring rates so it would be best for him to get a set that the manufacturer has matched for his specific car.

instead of reading into the question.. i was just answering it..

no... having differant brand coilovers will not DIRECTLY cause any issues providing the spring rates are right...
