If I could do it over again, I'd go 45. I think that the 40s just look too thin on there...

205/45/16 is what i reccommend.

205/40/16 will work.

205/45x16" will keep you speedo and odometer accurate. And give a better ride and someitmes better cornering.

205/40x16" will throw off your speedo and odometer, and give less protection to your rims.

I have 40s right now, and like WCS, if I could go back I would get 45s, 40s are just too thin and make the ride a little to bumpy...

I bought my wheels with 215/40/16's and they rode alright but I was nervous around potholes and whatnot. When I replaced the worn tires this summer I decided to go with 205/45's to get a little sidewall. With all constant construction and just horrible road surfaces in PA I've managed not to bend a rim yet. I have noticed a little more tire rub, but I think that's more due to the plastic fender liners falling apart than the taller tires.

I had 205/45 kuhmo's and never bent a rim. And I went over a few really nasty potholes, at that....

Email? Sent recently? I haven't recieved anything?

I have Kumho 712's too, I'm happy with them but I need to invest in a camber kit and I miss the ability to rotate my tires.
