Default Type R Cams

Hi, I'm about to get these in my car, anyone have any additional info about them in a B16. (or anyone here try?)

Which R. The CTR intake cam has a more aggressive profile than the ITR. The exhaust cams are identical.

Integra Type R cams straight from Japan.
I have read that somewhere that the Civic ones are more agressive, I'll look more into that.

ur gonna neet the springs a retianers off the ctr or itr or just get a nice Jun setup. The stock S&R are too soft for the more agressive grind:naughty:

i have itr cams in my b16, with my skunk2 gears, tweaked, the car pulls hard in the mid to top end.

itr intake (or ctr intake) and itr exh cams?
are you still running stock valve train?
do you have any dyno numbers?

cams are my next step, just getting as much info as possible.
