I recently had a head job done and i dont think they did a good job. ever since it was done my idle has been too high and it goes up and down. it idles at about 1300 sometimes at 1800. and when i accelerate it takes kinda long for the rpm's to go back down to idle

Exactly what type of head job did you have done.. & do you have any other mod's.. lil more info will help some of us to determin what advise to give u...

nothing extreme, i bent a valve and they fixed it. i have a header, short ram intake, and 9.2 ignition wires, nothing big yet.

how was it running prior to your bent valve / what ecu / any changes before you put it back on..??

any wireing complications to your swap?

it was running fine, i bought the car from a friend with the swap already done and im not sure what ecu i have. (im kinda new to this) how can i find out?

well if the idle is going up and down then there are only a few things its giong to be. A: a vaccum leak, B: your idle air control valve needs to be cleaned/replaced, C: your idle speed is off and needs to be checked/re-done.
