Well, seems like the problem went away...hasn't happened since that one morning, guess I freaked out for no reason...:dunno: Car's running perfect...I duno what happened..bad gas mabye? Water in the tank?

Thats the same as my car.... just happens out of nowhere and then goes away the next day. I get confused sometimes. Have you perhaps removed your battery cable recently?

yes actually I have, I removed my neg battery cable to reset my headunit. What would that do?

BINGO!!!

When you did that, it reset the computer (ecu). Mine always idles really low like it's going to quit after I do that. It's the computer relearning it's systems. After you shut the car off and let it cool down, it will be fine again.

haha that's it. I noticed my car did it then too. when the computer is reset it resets the fuel maps to sea level elevation I think, and then it has to adjust for the next day or so to get the right mixtures for your elevation

after resetting the ecu, let it idle for 5 minutes. That normally takes care of everything. If the throttle is varying, it takes a lot longer for it to learn. Start it, don't touch teh throttle, and you're good to go.
