I've been reading alot about these and from what I understand it's to control your VTEC. Are they really worth the $200-280? How many of you have them and how do you like them? Does it really make a difference as far as power, are their any gains or is it just to tune your VTEC?

it'll help, but only if you have cams and other stuff done to the engine...on stock engine, i dont see how it would help any...but should be tuned with a dyno to get most gains with the VAFC

The V-AFC (VTEC-Air Fuel Controller) is a version of the Apex'i S-AFC (Super-Air Fuel Controller) that is preset for a Honda speed-density fuel system and has an extra built in VTEC controller. It is basically a piggy-back fuel computer, the VTEC controller is just an added bonus. It's useful, but must be tuned with a wideband O2 sensor (typically on a dyno.)

A cheaper alternative is the HKS S-AFR. I have one coming to me in the mail.
