i have them on my 95 hatch with some koni's. and i cant complain. i dont bottom out at all. and i take 25 corners at 65 so im positive the spring rate is good. but if i had the cash i would love to get spoon springs.

i got about 2" in front and 1 3/4" in rear. and as far as bouncing...... not to bad but like in any lowered car your gonna feel all the pebbles. its an all around good set of springs and like i said i cant complain with the way they ride.

To give you a little more insite not that it matters. I am running the Neu Race on my 5th gen accord with Koni yellows. Great ride corners wonderfully. They droped me 2.5 up front and 2.25 in rear after settle.
