removal is the tricky part. You can install them with your body weight, no problem. I'm 150lbs, and not particularly strong, and I found I could either force them in with my hands, or if that didn't work, place them "stacked" under and over the control arm, stand on the whole deal, and gently "bounce" until they went in. It really didn't take much.

If I get the ES Hyperflex kit for my car (93 civic). Which other bushings do I need to get to cover all my bushings? I know for one ES doesnt make bushings for the rear compensator arm but Prothane does. Any other bushings? Thanks.

the ES kit covers all the major ones except the trailing arm bushing (the big fat one in the middle). If you want to pinch your pennies, the ES trailing arm bushing kit is cheap, but pretty tough to install. The prothane one is more expensive, but higher quality and less of a pain.
