Yea, Canada Si = US EX

But, like they said, the first Si was the 84 Civic Si, there was also the CRX

the Si in 5th gen was a hatch

the Si in 6th gen was a coupe, the first coupe Si. 1999

ahhh yes, the ever so rare 88-91 Civic Wagon 4WD Si? They look very similar to the 84-87 Civics. I know someone who has the 84-87 hatchback and all I remember was seeing a different styled red "S". I didnt think "Si" (Sport Injection) came out any earlier than the EF generation because they didnt have Fuel Injected engines beforehand. I can be totally wrong though.

I think that the Si debuted in civic models in '87 with fuel injection. Prior to that, the carburated "sport" trims were just labelled with the "S" like you guys have seen.

Yes first US Civic Si coupe was 99-00.

In canada, thier "SiR" is the same as an american "SI". Not a damned bit of difference ('cept for the badge on the back of the car) so don't let anyone tell you different.
