I know I've seen the old school 5 door hatch's, with big back windows that were Si.... I think at least.

ahhh yes, the ever so rare 88-91 Civic Wagon 4WD Si? They look very similar to the 84-87 Civics. I know someone who has the 84-87 hatchback and all I remember was seeing a different styled red "S". I didnt think "Si" (Sport Injection) came out any earlier than the EF generation because they didnt have Fuel Injected engines beforehand. I can be totally wrong though.

In canada, thier "SiR" is the same as an american "SI". Not a damned bit of difference ('cept for the badge on the back of the car) so don't let anyone tell you different.
