front and rear lower tie bars, same?

just curious, are the lower tie bars the same for the front and back same on a 5th gen? and if you only had one, which one would be better?

are they the same.. from what i believe nope.. I would rather have the front rather then the back.. the back to me feels like more for show. b-cuz i have a dc rear lower which im told is pretty weak sauce by many.
