Default Honda Civic HX problems?!?!?!

Hey everyone! Own a damn 99 HOnda Civic HX! I must say that since I go ride of my 02 accord, I regret but again I had no choice cuz insurance was to much for me, especially at my age. Anyways, ever since I had the car, it was nothing but maintances and some mods! One think I love about it is that it has good gas mileage! it had 103K when I go it and now it has 108 and one thing is that the brakes sucks and I dont know cuz it was bad at the time or it is just bad from the day it was built. I dont know! The tranny has some MAJOR issues like when itz first warmed up, the RPM goes up and down shaking the engine violently, at a stop and go situation, now matter how soft or hard u take off, it shudders causing the wheels to spin and thats the part that pisses me off the most. I guess itz just the CVT tranny and they SUCK ASS. I want to swap a EX Motor and get Tranny made for the EX so I guess those will hang on better. I know that engine specs. are different on and HX then a EX but what about getting accessories for it? Can I buy stuff for the EX and still fit it on my HX?? ANyways what u guys think? Anyoen have the same shit that Im dealing with? I know itz gunna die soon cuz 108K on a 99?? Itz on the verge. Just waiting til the day it does and get a brand new Engine and Tranny! Not that much on a little civic such as this!!
