Default ITR intake hose same as B16?

Is it true that the ITR intake piping hose is the same in general and in diameter as the B16 (99-00 Civic SI) at the throttle body opening side? I think the ITR measures 3" in diameter.

ITR intake arm is 3" at the air box side and 2.75" at the TB side. It only has one hole for sensors and wiring (the Si intake arm has two). I know the Si arm is not 3" ... and I know it doesn't taper, but I'm not sure of the diameter on the TB side of the arm. I doubt it's as big as the ITR arm, but I can measure it tonight after work since I own both OEM intake arms.

Oh nice! That'll be great help when you get back to me. Bottom line is: are there major differences between the two or should I just get the ITR? So hard to find and so expensive at the dealership. What I really want is the Comptech Icebox but again, I need the stock ITR arm because I'm currently using a short ram.
